G.U.R.L.S. Program is an 8 week program designed for girls aged 10-14 to help them build confidence, emotional strength, and leadership skills—all from the comfort of your home!
The program runs twice a week on Fridays and Saturdays, from February 7th to April 12th, 2025.

As we celebrate girls from different cultures and backgrounds, we also look to educate them in an 6-8-week Virtual or in Person workshop 2x a week focusing on:

Why Are We Helping Girls?
Because research says, Data Released from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) Report, showed that the rate of suicide was on the rise and is now higher that of Deaths by Traffic Accident. (2019)
Suicide Ideation particularly took place during this critical time in identity development.
During this time in development, girls/boys struggle with clinical depression. (Study from 2019 American Psychology Association)
Bullied students tend to grow up more socially anxious with less self-esteem and require more mental health services throughout life.
75% of girls with low self-esteem reported engaging in negative activities like cutting, bullying, smoking, drinking or having a eating disorder. This compared to 25% of girls w/ high self-esteem.
And We are Empowering Young Girls!
The workshop’s main objective is to educate girls between the impressionable ages of 10-14 y/o
This workshop will cover important topics critical to the successful development of girls during their tween years.

At the end of the 6-8 Week course each G.U.R.L.S participant will earn a Certificate of Completion award and receive a “GURLS Starter Care” bag containing female essential items like hygiene products, a journal and so much more.
Each “Starter G.U.R.L.S Care” bag will be mailed directly to each Participant’s home.
The hope of the G.U.R.L.S Program is to create a tribe of young girls who are supported, confident, well-informed, responsible, and accountable to not only themselves but to one another.
Furthermore, the programming‘s hope is to not only support the girls during their 6-8 weeks of attendance but also support them as they move well into their teenage and Adult years

My Experience with the GURLS program was amazing and enlightening and I enjoyed every second of it, because it truly helped me to come out of my shell.
